Safety First

When choosing your tree, we ask that you stay cautious of a few things!

Later in the year, it starts getting dark earlier! Leave yourself plenty of time to find your tree. We’d recommend between 1 and 2 hours!

Check the weather forecast! As we are a farm – we suggest that if you have a pair of wellies that you pack them just in case of rain! Make sure you wrap up warm and if you have waterproofs, we’d recommend wearing them!

*We offer a guarantee on all our trees from the 28th of November up to (and including) Christmas Day, providing that our care guide has been followed. If you are unhappy with the state of your tree, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss the issue with you. Pl;ease retain proof of purchase (the receipt and/or tree tag that you will be provided with upon purchase)
